Lighting results inconsistent in inported scenes using assetbundles

Hello, I am experiencing a difficulty that when I try to import my scene in the game using asset bundles, the scene does not look the same as it does in the editor. I am aware that the skybox material is not automatically assigned, so I assign it manually via script. Still, the scene does not look the same. Here is an example: ![alt text][1] Left is how it actually looks in the game and right is how it looks in the editor. Here is a snapshot of Light settings: ![alt text][2] [1]: /storage/temp/170526-obrazek3.jpg [2]: /storage/temp/170531-obrazek4.png Again, left is how the settings look, when I import the scene, right is how it looks in the editor. Other than it says "instance" next to the skydome material, settings should be identical (I am also assigning the new sun source from the script). If I assign the skydome material in the editor, after loading the asset bundle scene, voila, it magically starts looking the same! Does someone know what is going on here? I can't seem to figure out what am I doing wrong.
